The Project “Venecia Villas (Summer Units) 2nd. PHASE” consists of the construction of tourist infrastructure units, which aims to satisfy the high demand for vacation units between the coastal area of the mouth of the Padre Ramos estuary and the Mechapa Community. Two design proposals have been elaborated, which consist of one-level units and two-level units, strategically located so that both units have access to the view of the sea and coast. These vacation units are available in two modalities, permanent sale housing units for foreigners and/or Nationals in retirement (Second and Elderly Pensioners) and Units under the timeshare modality (Condo-hotel), which is characterized for being a contractual regime through which rights of use over the property are acquired by different people, in different periods of the year.

Develop a model of sustainable tourism development friendly to the environment and offer tourist packages with a focus on quality in a healthy ecological environment in its environmental and abiotic aspects of the environment; Likewise, it will take advantage of natural resources in the generation of solar energy for lighting the rooms only, through a support system by installing a network of energy accumulators through solar panels; the gray and muddy waters will be treated through the use of bio-digesters in each unit, the residual waters from this process will be used for the irrigation of ornamental and timber plants, with the purpose of maintaining green areas at all times of the year and give a landscape vision to the project environment, the resulting solid waste will be collected in septic tanks. 

Likewise, for the supply of drinking water, the use of nanofiltration purifiers with activated carbon filters has been planned.
